"You must see with eyes unclouded by hate. See the good in that which is evil, and the evil in that which is good. Pledge yourself to neither side, but vow instead to preserve the balance that exists between the two." -Hayao Miyazaki, Director of Spirited Away
The whole idea was that the way you understand this image depends on your point of view. If you're a guy you will probably see the sister as the 'evil' one and if you're a girl your point of view will probably be opposite...
ok so now you've just got a new fan. The textures of the rug and the table... WOW this is great. the mommy looks very frightening! Nice composition, lights are great (maybe i would've make the top left corner darker to emphasize the lign of the TV which guide us to the mom. but it's just a tiny detail)
I really hate the stereotype of the siblings. Yeah, you quarell with your siblings over little things. But to turn these into everyday fights, dunno it's just odd. I myself have a twin sister and we don't fight at all about anything but the chores she throws on me. Sometimes I say I'll do them sometimes no, but nothing so farfetched as a battle, who's good and who's evil. We both are good and both are evil so to say, and we love each other more than non-twin siblings, mostly because she understands me. That's not something to shove off so likely just because of a quarrel.
When you watch movies or see shows or read books it's always about brothers fighting, you never see them work together, show simpathy, care, love as they'd do if they were brothers. The whole concept of brothers, especially twins brother and sister is underestimated and because they have such a close conection they shouldn't fight so often. Call me crazy but I'll try to make a story on this matter and i'll break the 'twin hates twin' 'brother hates sister' 'don't get in my way, bro/sis' cliche. If only I can tie in some loose threads that're bugging me for some time.
It all depends on the family. Brothers do fight more often, and of course there is a lot betwen a brother and sister. That dosn't mean they fight all the time, but it it happens often. I don't know how many times I was fighting with my siblings, and I mean fighting and not just screaming at each other. Same goes for all the other siblings I know, or better, have seen.
